Smart Editor

Drop a PDF or an image — Smart Edit reads the PDF's real text layer (or OCRs scans/images) so edits keep the original font, size, colour and position. Where the file embeds its own typeface, that exact font is re-used; where it can't be, a stand-in is squeezed to the original's measured width so nothing on the line shifts. PDF edits stay sharp, native, vector text; image edits export at full original resolution.

Smart Mode: Digital PDFs are read directly from the PDF's own text layer — exact font, size, colour and position, no OCR needed. Text a producer split into fragments is joined back into whole editable lines, and rotated text keeps its angle. Scanned PDFs and images fall back to OCR automatically, measuring each line's real baseline and size. First OCR run downloads ~10 MB.
